Genuine My Buddy, WOW! Part 2

One of the hottest scoots this season, we're finally catching up with orders and will have a few in stock, hopefully next week. For those of you still waiting for your Buddy, you'll be scootin' soon, as they're in transit. We greatly appreciate your patience!

Perfect for urban commuting and fun, this 2006 EPA, DOT approved 49cc scoot still has the instant pop and quick acceleration 2 strokes are known for. The lower seat height and slimmer profile makes parking a breeze, and will get you in and out of those tight urban spots.

Stop by or give us a call this coming week. We should have an Ivory Buddy 49cc, a Black Buddy 49cc, and a Sunset Orange Buddy in both 49cc and 125cc available for delivery!

We're also taking orders for the brand new Rattler 49cc, Black Cat 49cc and 150cc Blur. For more info, check out Genuine Scooters.

Philadelphia Scooters in "INVINCIBLE"

Look for Philadelphia Scooters in the Disney movie "Invincible", inspired by the true story of Vince Papale, a down-on-his-luck substitute teacher and part-time bartender who fulfills every fan's fantasy of making it from the stands to the roster of his hometown Philadelphia Eagles.

The filming crew shot some background scenes of South Philly along East Passyunk Ave. with time period correct cars and fashions. The crew even glued those winding type dials on the parking meters to cover up the "smart card" slots.

The "Avenue" has come a long way since the seventies, with new shops, restaurants and events. Come on down the the shop, and check out the rebirth of East Passyunk Avenue!

Not sure if we made the cut, or ended up on the cutting room floor, but we're "Galine's Furniture", and no, the scooter is not in the movie.

Naked in the City!

Introducing the new Tomos Arrow! With a "less is more" attitude, the Arrow represents the newest sporty, "naked bike" concept in an urban assault scooter. With the powerful A55 49cc automatic oil-injected 2-stroke engine, the Arrow is quick off the line and comes with front disc brake, beefy mononshock suspension, electric and kick start, dual headlights and fat meaty 12" tires with blacked out mag wheels.

Stop by our Philly shop, and check out the new stripped-down street fighter scoot with an attitude. Right under $1600, it's easy to cruise naked in the City!

And remember, in PA, you only need a "car" drivers license to drive 49cc automatic scooters. Pennsylvania Motor Scooter Fact Sheet

JUST IN! Kymco's People 50 "S" and People 125 "S"

The new 2006 Kymco's are starting to arrive just in time for the late summer/early fall prime riding season. With gas over $3 a gallon, it's the perfect time to trade in your car for a fun, sporty, easy to park gas miser - up to 80mpg! Feel the cool wind in your face as you scoot by the urban traffic jams on your way to work, market or play.

The People "S" is the updated version of the very successful and popular, retro looking People 50 and People 150 (which we do have in stock also!). The new People "S" series now sports a quiet, smooth and environmentally friendly 4 stroke engine, more legroom, integrated windscreen and modern European styling. Still with large 16" wheels for superior ride, and same 2 year parts and labor warranty

Stop by our Philly shop and check 'em out, fresh outta the crate (we just received 2 People 50"S" and 1 People 125 "S").

And remember in PA, you just need a car or "C" class driver's license (no motorcycle license required) to ride a 49cc automatic scooter. Scooters must be licensed, insured and registered.
