Small Scooter Shop vs. The Big Four!

WE LOVE SCOOTERS! That's all we do. We don't sell motorcycles, we don't sell sell used cars, WE SELL AND SERVICE SCOOTERS! It's our passion and we try hard to do it very well!

Here's a well known name brand scooter where the clutch basically disintegrated to what you see here (yes, even some of the best scooters have problems). The big motorcycle shop told the owner the problem was due to regular wear and tear, NOT covered under warranty (2007 scooter with about 1200 miles on it!) WHAT?!?!??!?

We can only guess that this big motorcycle dealer just didn't want to go through the hassle of fixing this bike under warranty for a scooter customer, or maybe they were unfamiliar with scooters' automatic CVT transmissions???
